Mexico Water Supply Project | Large Stainless Steel Tanks Delivered

Recently, our company successfully completed and delivered two large modular stainless steel water tanks customized for a client in Mexico. Each tank measures 12m × 3.5m × 3m and will be used in a major municipal water supply project to enhance local water storage capacity and system stability.

Project Background

With the ongoing upgrade of municipal infrastructure, the client required a water storage solution featuring high durability, safety, and efficient installation. To meet the project schedule and site conditions, the client specifically requested fully assembled product delivery, meaning the tanks had to be completely assembled and equipped with all accessories prior to shipment, ready for direct installation on-site.

Finished Product Delivery for Faster Installation

To meet this requirement, we adopted a modular stainless steel panel structure and completed full factory pre-assembly. Before shipment, the following work was completed:

• Full panel assembly of the tank structure
• Installation of inlet and outlet flanges
• Installation of maintenance manholes
• Internal reinforcement and sealing treatment
• Comprehensive quality inspection and leakage testing

This factory pre-assembly solution significantly reduces on-site installation time, lowers labor costs, and minimizes potential assembly errors during field construction.
