Structural Components

• Tank: Made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, fiberglass, or galvanized steel, with internal reinforcement like bracing. In cold regions, an external insulation layer is often added.
• Pump: Typically a centrifugal or axial flow pump, controlled by frequency conversion or stepless speed regulation, equipped with multiple protection devices, including overload and short circuit protection.
• Control System: Consists of an intelligent frequency conversion control cabinet, level gauges, pressure sensors, etc., featuring automatic start/stop, fault alarms, and remote monitoring functions.
• Pipes and Valves: Pipes are made from corrosion-resistant PE anti-corrosion pipes or galvanized steel pipes. Valves include inlet valves, outlet valves, drain valves, and check valves.

Types and Features

• Above-ground Type: Installed above the ground, this type offers the advantages of easy installation and maintenance, making it suitable for domestic water supply and firefighting applications. It is generally aesthetically pleasing and blends well with its surroundings.
• Buried Type: Also known as the anti-buoyancy integrated stainless steel tank and pump water tank, this type can be buried underground, saving surface space. The water tank is made from stainless steel and hot-dip galvanized steel composite materials, featuring an anti-buoyancy structure and high intelligence.
