Water Tank Accessories

The complete tank structure consists of tank panels, internal support structures, sealing materials, bolt fasteners, pipe connections, ladders, and other accessories. The tank panels are manufactured at the factory using standardized processes and transported to the project site for modular assembly according to the required dimensions.

This design offers convenient transportation, flexible installation, and shorter construction periods.

Horizontal Tie Rod

Enhances the structural stability of the water tank with a galvanized coating thickness of ≥100 μm.

Vertical Support

Provides support for the top, bottom, and horizontal bracing of the water tank.

Stainless Steel Tie Rods

The internal tie rods used in ss water tanks are different from those used in HDG and GRP water tanks.

Tie Rod Connection Plate

Welded to both ends of the horizontal tie rod and bolted to the tank side panels.

Rubber Sealing Strip

Food-grade sealing rubber installed between the tank panels to prevent leakage.

Leak-Proof Sealing Plug

Standard Black Rubber and Food-Grade White Rubber Sealing Plugs

Maintenance Manhole

Provides convenient access for maintenance personnel to enter and exit the water tank.

Internal Ladder

Provides access to the inside of the water tank for installation and maintenance.

External Ladder

Provides access for workers to enter the top of the water tank for installation and maintenance.

Bolts and Nuts

Used to fasten all panel connections.Fastener grade: A2-70 or A4-70.

Tie Rod Fasteners

Commonly used to connect and secure the support steel pipes of underground water tanks.

Water Level Gauge

Float-type water level gauge made of 304 stainless steel

Base Steel Beam

Increases the base contact area and distributes the weight of a fully filled tank.

Flanges / Pipe Fittings

Connects to external inlet and outlet pipelines

Pipe terminal

The connection medium between the tank and the pipeline, which can be threaded or flanged.
