HDG Fire Water Tank Project for a Large Southeast Asian Warehouse

We recently supplied a custom modular HDG fire water tank for a large warehouse in Southeast Asia. The tank measures 12 × 8 × 5 m, with a total capacity of approximately 480 m³, and is primarily used for fire water storage.

Modular Design for Large Warehouse Projects

The tank is made of Q235 steel panels, which are press-formed into standardized tank panels and then assembled according to the required tank dimensions.

Compared with conventional welded tanks, the modular bolted design is easier to transport and more convenient to assemble on site. The panels are hot-dip galvanized after forming, providing enhanced corrosion resistance and making the tank suitable for the hot, humid, and rainy climate of Southeast Asia.

Fire Water Supply for the Warehouse

The tank is designed for fire water storage and is connected to the warehouse’s fire protection system, providing the required water supply for fire hydrants and automatic sprinkler systems.

For large warehouse buildings, a reliable fire water storage system is an important part of the overall fire protection infrastructure. The tank capacity, inlet and outlet locations, fire pump configuration, and pipeline connections can be determined according to the building size, fire protection design requirements, and applicable local regulations.
