6 Key Highlights of the Modular Water Tank for a Decorative Materials Factory
This project delivers a modular water tank system for a decorative materials factory, ensuring stable production, fire safety, and domestic water supply.
This project provides a customized modular water storage system for a modern decorative materials manufacturing factory in China (BoyaPanel), including design and installation services to meet the factory’s daily production water demand, domestic water supply, fire protection water storage, and emergency backup water requirements.

The system effectively resolves several operational challenges, including unstable water supply caused by factory expansion, insufficient water pressure during simultaneous production line usage, and potential fire safety risks due to inadequate fire water storage.
According to the factory’s requirements, production workshop layout, and water consumption demand, we designed and installed three modular water tanks along with an integrated pump room system:
- 1 hot-dip galvanized steel water tank for industrial production water supply
- 1 hot-dip galvanized fire protection water tank dedicated to emergency firefighting use
- 1 stainless steel water tank for domestic water supply in canteen, dormitory, and office areas
