Replacement of the old water tank at the Indonesian factory

Project Background:

An old water tank at a food factory in Indonesia broke down, and the client entrusted us to customize a new stainless steel water tank while optimizing the existing water storage and supply system.

Water Tank Design and Technical Features:

Given that the client is in the food industry, the new customized water tank is made of food-grade stainless steel, ensuring excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and compliance with stringent hygiene requirements. It is particularly suitable for the high temperature and humidity environment of Southeast Asia.

Project Implementation and Support:

The water tank for this project was customized according to the size of the old tank with no special design changes. We provided detailed installation guidance to ensure a smooth installation process. Meanwhile, the client expressed an interest in investing in a new factory and requested us to design a new integrated water tank pump room based on the scale and production needs of the new factory.
