Fiberglass (FRP) Water Tank Customized for a Factory in Nigeria, Africa

This project involves a customized fiberglass (FRP) water tank supplied for a factory in Nigeria, Africa. The fiberglass water tank is manufactured using food-grade resin and high-strength fiberglass as the primary materials, produced through press-molding or integral forming processes. It features light weight, high structural strength, and excellent corrosion resistance. The tank adopts a modular assembly structure, making it convenient for transportation and on-site installation, and is widely used in industrial process water, domestic water supply, and firefighting water storage systems.

In response to the large temperature fluctuations, strong ultraviolet exposure, unstable water supply conditions in certain regions of Africa, and the factory’s requirement for continuous and reliable water supply, fiberglass water tanks demonstrate outstanding performance in corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and cost efficiency. Taking local operating conditions and project cost control requirements into account, the fiberglass water tank was selected as the optimal solution for the factory’s water storage system.

While ensuring overall structural strength, this fiberglass water tank is equipped with a food-grade resin inner lining that complies with domestic and industrial water standards, effectively preventing secondary water contamination. It meets the safety and hygiene requirements for both production water and daily use, providing a reliable water supply to support stable factory operations.

The water tank customized for the Nigerian client serves as a centralized water storage system for the factory. Its overall specifications were designed according to on-site requirements, with dimensions of 2.5 m × 2.0 m × 2.0 m, classifying it as a small-sized modular fiberglass water tank. Throughout the project implementation, our company provided end-to-end technical support, covering production, packaging, export logistics, and installation. This included installation drawings, module assembly instructions, and training on daily operation and maintenance, ensuring long-term, safe, stable, and efficient operation under local conditions, and earning positive feedback from the client.
