The galvanized steel water tank is manufactured from high-quality Q235A steel plates, which are pressed into standard panel sizes including 1220×1220mm, 1000×1000mm, 1000×500mm, and 500×500mm. After punching and drilling along the panel edges, all components undergo hot-dip galvanizing (HDG) treatment to ensure excellent corrosion resistance. During installation, the panels are assembled on-site using bolts, while high-quality silicone sealing pads are applied between adjoining panels to guarantee reliable water tightness and structural stability.

Our pressed steel and galvanized sectional tanks are assembled by bolting side plates, partition plates (if applicable), and base plates. The angle stays are fixed to cleats or gussets, which are then bolted to the side and base plates, providing the tank with rigidity. The seams are sealed using either Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) combined with natural rubber sealant tape or a non-toxic, flavorless jointing compound.
