What are the advantages of the structure of a hot-dip galvanized water tank?
The modular hot-dip galvanized water tank is a new type of water storage system, manufactured according to the national standard GB/T 92SS177. Its production and installation are not affected by civil construction, and no welding equipment is required. The tank surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion resistance, offering both aesthetic appeal and long-term durability. It effectively prevents secondary water contamination, ensuring water quality safety and supporting human health. Additionally, it meets the requirements for standardization, serialization, and factory-based production.

The water tank is made from Q235 steel plates. The standard modules come in sizes of 1000×1000mm and 1000×500mm, with perforated edges. After hot-dip galvanizing, the modules are assembled on-site. Rubber gaskets are used between the modules to ensure a tight seal, and bolts are used for secure connections. This tank is suitable for use in building water supply systems, heating system expansion tanks, condensate water tanks, and temporary water storage in construction, geological surveys, industrial applications, and defense projects.
The tank has a volume range from 1 to 60m³, with 24 different specifications available. Designers can select from standard sizes or request custom dimensions. The factory will assemble the tank according to the specific requirements. The inlet, outlet, and overflow pipe diameters, as well as their positions, are determined by the designer. A clearance of at least 700mm is required around the tank, with a minimum of 600mm space at both the bottom and top during installation.
